The Stone Pony legacy began as a local favorite in 2002 with the opening of a small delicatessen on Kings Highway in Saugerties. Over the past 17 years, proprietor John Livermore has built one of the Hudson Valley's most successful catering companies.  Catering to your every need, no event has been too big or too small for John.  From private dinners and barbecue fundraisers to all of types of milestone events, the Stone Pony Catering Company has been there to make all of your arrangements.
